Kenny you've always been an inspiration to me! The point system is hard core! ONE lousy point for doing an entire workout regime and you lose TEN for one day off?!! Id end up disheartened in 2.6 seconds! However Im very serious about losing weight over the next few months so I can wear summer clothes when we move to queensland.. without looking like a cartoon character! I'll need to hire a personal trainer otherwise I put the routine off each day "til tomorrow" and before I know it months have past and tomorrow never came (the old cliche'). Wish me luck.. Ill keep you informed. xx

Well, I'm glad to hear your serious about getting in shape. Me too, I've been hard at it for awhile. The gains are always hard won and easily lost but I'm doing pretty good. I'm watching my weight too, but I'm realizing that focusing on weight loss has never worked long term for me. I've gained and lost and gained and lost repeatedly over the last 15 years or so. I've concluded that the only way to achieve long term sustainable results is to make major and permanent lifestyle changes. Cuz if you don't change your lifestyle, you'll always end up right back where you started when the diet is over. Keep me posted how you're doing, I'll do the same... maybe by email though cuz my internet access on the ship is too slow and expensive to spend much time here at the forums...
