Founding Members

OK guys, here is where we're at right now. IWF needs 100 founding members in order to set this process in motion. At the moment there are just a handful of us and we can't really begin with this small number. The reason is that Mike and I agreed that we wouldn't start voting for Credo until we have a substantial membership in place. If you'd like to understand our reasoning, please read the Charter. If you haven't read the Charter yet, you should.

So, getting 100 good people onboard is what I'm seeing as our number one priority at this point in time. There are currently 6,558,130,503 people on this planet, so I think we should be able to drum up 100 to get this party started.

Having said that, I know it may take some time. I'm in the middle of a major move across the country right at this moment, amongst other things, so I won't be able to start really putting some effort into this for a bit. Once I get moved, then getting on my feet in the new location will be keeping me busy. But as I've said, IWF is a long term project, so I'll keep plugging away at it as I can. Any suggestions anyone may have as to how we might get 100 good people onboard are welcome.

But please be aware that this is what I'm seeing as our primary objective at this time.

kenny , its great that you would like to have 100 founding members .
i know there has been a lot done to increase the membership , but still i think that we need to bring the organisation in the notice of other people too-- still we have to do a lot that this org. is brought into the tough of the people of different countries .
i dont remember how i reach it , but being here is great , to work together as the logo says "harnessing the power of collective imagination"- really proves its point.
kenny we need to device out the way to reach people who are using different messaging services - be it yahoo , hotmail , or something else.
even we know about orkut and many other social networking websites too-- where we can make iwfi as a community so that people get joine with the main org at its site.

i know there would be many ways which you would have already made but something more can be added- so that this org. is known to more of the people -- its perspective , its charter , its goals, its achievements-

lets make these people notice and make them understand what iwfi is all about, yes i would surely like to be a member of the "founding member group"

i came to know about - "how to be a member" i would be glad to do that-----
